The LAB is a full-body workout that all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join. Members that have not worked out in 3 or more months are advised to sign up for semi-personal training services as well.
We meet every Tuesday (7pm), Thursday (7pm), and Saturday (9am). Our monthly hike will take place on June 14th, all friends and family are welcomed for free. The LAB is an outdoor workout; sessions will be cancelled in the event of rain.
All members are expected to bring a yoga mat, water, good energy and resistance bands (if they have them).
