Building Athletic Resilience
The BAR is a mens only bootcamp designed for busy professionals who need efficient, high intensity workouts that fit into their schedule. For best results, we ask members attend 2-4 sessions per week. We focus on strength, endurance, and athletic resilience, helping men stay in shape despite their demanding lives.
The BAR is offered every Tuesday at 6:00pm, Wednesday at 5:00am, Thursday at 6:00pm, and Saturday at 8:00am. We host a co-ed hike every second Saturday of the month.
