The LAB is a female ONLY full-body workout that focuses on Legs, Abs, and Butt. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Members that have not worked out in 3 or more months are advised to sign up for semi-personal training services as well.
We meet every Tuesday (7pm), Thursday (7pm), and Saturday (9am). No sessions on Tuesday, April 16th. In the event of rain the day of bootcamp, bootcamp will be cancelled that particular day.
All members are expected to bring a yoga mat, water, good energy and resistance bands (if they have them). If you forget your mat, we have community mats. If you forget your water, we have a dispenser. If you forget your good energy, please stay home.
