The LAB is a full-body workout that focuses on Legs, Abs, and Butt. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Members that have not worked out in 3 or more months are advised to sign up for semi-personal training services as well. Men are welcomed.
We meet every Tuesday (7pm), Thursday (7pm), and Saturday (9am). No sessions on November 9th. Thanksgiving bootcamp will take place on the 28th at 9am.
All members are expected to bring a yoga mat, water, good energy and resistance bands (if they have them). If you forget your mat, we have community mats. If you forget your water, we have a dispenser. If you forget your good energy, please stay home.
