The LAB is a full-body workout that all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join. Members that have not worked out in 3 or more months are advised to sign up for semi-personal training services as well.
We meet every Tuesday (7pm), Thursday (7pm), and Saturday (9am). The LAB is an outdoor workout; sessions will be cancelled in the event of rain.
All members are expected to bring a yoga mat, water, good energy and resistance bands (if they have them).
