The LAB is a full-body workout that all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join. Members that have not worked out in 3 or more months are advised to sign up for semi-personal training services as well. Yes, men are welcomed.

We meet every Tuesday (7pm), Thursday (7pm), and Saturday (9am). Our monthly hike will take place on May 10th, all friends and family are welcomed for free. The LAB is an outdoor workout; sessions will be cancelled in the event of rain. There will be NO SESSIONS from May 22nd - 25th. There will be a special Memorial Day Bootcamp on the 26th where all friends and family will be welcomed. 

All members are expected to bring a yoga mat, water, good energy and resistance bands (if they have them). If you forget your mat, we have community mats. If you forget your water, we have a dispenser. If you forget your good energy, please stay home. 

Restrictions

If you have any chronic medical issues, you will not be able to participate.
